Once all your supporting documents are back, I review these and make a recommendation on where I think we will have a positive response. Your application is then submitted to the lender for consideration.

Depending on the bank's workload an outcome can take up to 5 working days. In peak times this may be a little longer. Once a response comes back I get in touch with you to discuss the outcome.
